Waterwell

I would check that the pressure switch is functional. You can do this by turning the supply switch/breaker off and on and listen for the pressure switch click.
If the pressure switch is operating, verify that power is being applied to the pump feed wiring.
If power is applied and the pump still doesn't work, disconnect the power and test the continuity to the pump with a Volt/Ohm meter.
If there is no continuity, its a possibility that the pump has failed.

Is the well a drilled one? or was it excavated? Do you have any idea how deep the well may be?

If its a deep well, it can be a very difficult job to lift the pump up. The water line is usually full of water and a column of water. of a hundred feet or more is very heavy.

You may not want to hire a professional well person, but its very likely that your problem is beyond the DIY level.
